How these terms apply

All goods are accepted for carriage, storage and related services by JAS Logistics solely on the conditions set out in the documents referenced on this page. By instructing us to collect, carry or store any consignment, you ("the Customer") agree that these conditions are incorporated into and form part of our contract with you.

These conditions take precedence over any purchase order, delivery docket or other document issued by the Customer. No employee or agent of JAS Logistics may vary these conditions unless authorised in writing. Where the Customer is not the owner of the goods, the Customer is deemed to contract as agent for the owner.

Which conditions govern your consignment

Two sets of conditions apply, depending on the journey.
Your consignment is governed by whichever is appropriate to the movement.
